InCharge Housing Counseling offers directly to lenders its "Charting a Coarse to Homeownership" book, Homebuyer Education Counseling and Landlord Education Counseling as fee-for-service programs. Our counseling programs can be pre-paid by completing the registration form and submitting it by mail with the appropriate counseling fee, or we will invoice you within a week of services being rendered. If your organization has not previously used our counseling services, it will be necessary to complete the InCharge Housing Counseling Billing Agreement and fax it to our office for approval.  For a complete pricing schedule for all of our counseling services please call (866) 326-4368.
