InCharge Housing Counseling has been in the business of housing counseling since 1996. We credit our success as a non-profit housing counseling organization to our valuable relationships with the mortgage insurance and the mortgage lending communities, as well as membership organizations.

Since 1996, InCharge Housing Counseling has provided housing counseling services to more than 200,000 consumers nationwide, at no cost to the consumer. Our counseling programs are delivered by home study correspondence courses and telephone. This includes Homebuyer Education, Landlord Education, and Early Delinquency counseling. InCharge Housing Counseling has various books and pamphlets that can be made available to consumers in conjunction with counseling or as an educational aid.
