InCharge Housing Counseling is a non-profit (501(c)3) counseling organization offering housing counseling to assist homebuyers achieve the American Dream of Homeownership and provide budget/credit counseling to homeowners faced with financial crisis. InCharge Housing Counseling programs can:

• Help you prepare for homeownership
• Assist with budget preparation
• Help homeowners with past due payments
• Instruct prospective landlords
• Identify credit issues and provide counseling.

InCharge Housing Counseling is conveniently located in Howard County Maryland on Red Branch Road in Columbia.  InCharge Housing provides all of these services in our private professional offices, as well as by telephone.  Counselors are available for in-office counseling, by appointment, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
